Scrip (Gift Card) Program & eScrip with Schnuck's

What is Scrip?

Scrip is the same as gift cards that you would purchase at any retailer or restaurant, such as Kohl's, Old Navy, Panera, Lowe's...  NHS PTO purchases these gift cards from Great Lakes Scrip Company (www.glsc.com) at a discounted price, anywhere from 2-10% or more.  Example:  You want a $25 gift card to Olive Garden, which you purchase from PTO.  You pay PTO $25, get your gift card and go have a nice meal.  PTO earns $2 for that purchase because Olive Garden gives an 8% incentive so we paid $23 for it.  You get your gift cards, PTO gets $2 and everyone is happy!  This may seem like a small amount, but over time purchases you make really add up.  We have made of $3000 since the program started in 2008!  A variety of cards are kept on hand for immediate purchase or you may order by contacting Kelly Morton at 651-6296.

What is eScrip?

Schnuck's has gone to the eScrip program for school fundraising.  It is simply a small card for your key chain that the checker will scan each time you shop at Schnunk's.  A percentage of your purchase gets deposited directly into PTO's Scrip Account, so easy and effortless!  Next time you're at Schnuck's please go to Customer Service counter and ask to sign up for eScrip for Nell Holcomb School - it's that simple!  Last month there was over $70 deposited in our account from purchases made!

So...if you eat out, shop or give gift cards as gifts for holidays birthdays, graduations or other special occasions you can get them from us!  Scrip gift cards can be purchased or ordered for your holiday gift giving as your budget allows starting now!  Also, if you work at own a business that gives gift cards as incentives or gifts to employees why not order them through NHS PTO?  Save time and gas, you don't have to do anything except pick up the phone and give Kelly a call at 651-6296!  If the cards you want, aren't on hand they can be ordered and you'll have them usually within 4-7 days.
