GUIDELINES FOR ILL CHILDREN

suggest the presence of a contagious disease.
Excluding an ill child may decrease the
spread of the disease to others in the school settings.
Please keep your children home until
they are free for 24 hours from these symptoms:
Fever – 100 or greater, Diarrheax2 or more, Vomitingx2 or more
Eye drainage, eye redness with eye pain
Contagious rash with fever
Strep Throat – requires antibiotics for 24 hours before return to school
Skin Staph infection – requires antibiotics before return to school
Ringworm must be covered antifungal creams and Band-Aid
